Yes, you can use all survey channels with one subscription. The available survey channels are: web, email, link, mobile app, chat (Intercom Messenger).
Your surveys will pause and read “Currently unavailable” if someone sees them. However, we’ll send you email notifications when you are 60% and 80% through your limit and another email notification when you’ve reached the limit. To resume your surveys, simply upgrade your plan or chat with us to get a custom plan with a custom number of responses.

You can cancel your subscription at any point. Your account will remain active until the new billing cycle begins. We don’t offer refunds, so always make sure to terminate your subscription before the new billing cycle begins.
All default plans include a combined web and mobile traffic limit of 100k visitors each month. If your traffic is higher than this, please contact us for a custom plan quote. If you are on a default plan and you exceed the traffic limit, we’ll be in touch to discuss a custom plan.
